2. Services

We offer live and recorded educational sessions in the field of economic training. Sessions may be delivered online or at our facility. All session details—dates, duration, and prerequisites—are specified on the website.

3. Informational Products

Informational products include e-guides, video courses, and downloaded materials. Delivery is instantaneous upon purchase.

4. Physical Goods

We may offer printed materials, books, or branded merchandise. Shipping terms are provided at checkout.

5. Orders and Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

6. Payment Terms

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via accepted methods. Access to sessions and products will be granted once payment clears.

7. Refund Policy

We strive for your satisfaction. This section outlines refunds, rescheduling, and return options for each offering type.

7.1 Sessions

• Cancellations made at least 7 calendar days before the session start date are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
• Requests to reschedule must be submitted at least 5 calendar days before the session; subject to availability, we will accommodate one change at no extra cost.
• No refunds or rescheduling requests will be accepted less than 48 hours before the session start, due to instructor preparation and seat limitations.

7.2 Informational Products

• Eligible for a refund if requested within 14 calendar days of purchase, provided no download links have been accessed.
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 10 business days after approval.
• Once any part of the product is accessed, no refund is available, as digital delivery is considered fulfilled.

7.3 Physical Goods

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused and in original packaging.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part. A restocking fee of 10% may apply.
• Refunds for returned goods will be processed to the original payment method within 15 business days of receipt and inspection.

8. No-Refund Offerings

Certain premium sessions or specially tailored packages are non-refundable due to custom preparation, limited seating, and scheduling constraints. This policy ensures dedicated resources are allocated exclusively to registrants.

9. Changes to Sessions

We reserve the right to modify session schedules, instructors, or locations. If a session is canceled by us, you may choose a full refund or credit toward a future session. Credits expire 12 months from issuance.
